I painted this in late November when all the fields trees and hills had to turn to their wintry Brown. It was late afternoon and it had been raining for days but the Sun was just coming out and there was a glimpse of blue sky.

Landscape and clouds were pink, but standing out in the distance were fields of bright green grass thanks to all the recent rain.
