OUT & ABOUT!
What a crazy year it has been. Making a tiny study my temporary studio; adapting to life in Bath and spending those hot Summer months painting on the communal lawn!
HERE & THERE!
Being an artist is so much more than just creating work. There is an endless round of deliveries and collections to galleries and new owners. There was the cheese painting to hang in London and then Bath. Climping, Storm Ciaran to deliver to the Mall Galleries as a finalist in the Royal Society of British Artists annual exhibition. Big Sky Broughton made it through to the shortlist for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, but sadly did not make the final cut. Luckily collecting the rejected painting meant I could catch the wonderful Hockney exhibition on the trip to London.
Big Sky Broughton. AVAILABLE
Climping, Storm Ciaran - Selected for the Landscape Open 2400 works were submitted and 83 selected so I am pretty chuffed!
THE AFFORDABLE ART FAIR, BATTERSEA
Wychwood Fine Art will be taking paintings in my Great British Flower Collection to the Affordable Art Fair this month. Do go down and take a look if you are visiting the fair over the weekend of 14th - 18th October.
This Autumn I shall be showing work with Modern Art Buyer in Bath and The Sanctuary Studio and Gallery in Newnham-on-Severn. There is also a collaboration with the celebrated printers Rosenstiels in London coming up - but more of that later….
